Email Marketing
This project required me to create three follow-up emails for subscribed customers of Brass Lion Distillery. The experience taught me various email marketing strategies and emphasised the importance of adopting a consumer's perspective, effectively enticing them, and maintaining smooth communication flow.

Moreover, while ensuring consistency in design and adhering to the brand's elements, I aimed to elevate the brand without misleading customers. Balancing brand elevation within its price range and preserving its classy image presented challenges, but I managed to strike a satisfactory balance. This experience also deepened my understanding of user experience, prompting considerations of consumer perceptions and desires.
Instagram Curation
Through curating Instagram profiles for Something to Hold and Brass Lion Distillery, I honed my skills in brand representation and strategic content creation. Extensively researching into each brand's identity and values enabled me to develop a precise direction. Beyond merely crafting visually appealing feeds, I had to ensure each post served a purpose, aligning with predetermined goals. This experience also underscored the importance of pre-planning, elevating my understanding of social media beyond personal use to strategic brand communication.
Carousell Post
During this solo activity, it functioned as a trial run preceding the planning of the 9-grid Instagram layout for Brass Lion Distillery. Similarly, the activity primarily concentrated on user experience and the aesthetic aspects such as consistency, typefaces, and so forth. In a series of posts, not only was the message required to be communicated effectively, but the most challenging aspect was to captivate attention.
Assuming the perspective of a consumer was challenging as a designer, despite having inhabited the consumer role for most of my life. The experience prompted me to become more introspective and to not overlook these daily encounters, which may seem trivial but exert a significant influence on design.
